At Brew Tea Co., we want you to love your tea as much as we do, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on tea that has been opened or sampled.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Safely package the items to prevent damage during transit and include your order details inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Send and Refund

  Ship the package back to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
