What makes Brew Tea Co. different from other tea brands?
We use only hand-picked, rolled whole leaf tea—never dust or fannings. This ensures a deeper flavor profile and a much better cup of tea.
Are your tea bags plastic-free and compostable?
Yes, our tea bags are made from cornstarch and are 100% industrially compostable. Our inner clear bags are also made from wood pulp and are home compostable.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. We also offer an express delivery option if you need your caffeine fix sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea boxes.
